Sit back and enjoy some GREAT ideas using the October Stamp of the Month...
If you're coming from
Sheila's blog- you're heading in the right direction.

This month I paired this awesome stamp set with the new Mistletoe Creative Basics collection of paper and ribbon. This particular stamp set is filled with very simple line drawn designs which make it GREAT for coloring and paper piecing. I chose to go the paper piecing route as we have such fun Christmas paper this year in very traditional colors- i just love it!!
I did sneak in a sentiment from another set and stamped in Versamark followed by some gold embossing powder with my handy dandy heat gun! The ribbon doesn't necessarily show up well in this photo but it does have a gold tone to it and the gold sentiment really helps to pull it all together.

The second photo shows the fun flock added to his santa suit and hair... It's a great addition to this santa!! I used the Bonding Memories glue pen to adhere the flocking.

Love the b&t cutouts and the dimensions in the layout! I have to give that a try, it really adds depth!
Very cute card!
Oooh, what a cute card!
this is really cute. I don't do enough paper peicing and this set is perfect for that! Maybe I will give it a try. :)
The fun flock is such a nice touch, along with your paper pieced bag.
What a great creation. Guess I need to get my fun flock out and play. Love how you paper pieced his bag too. Adds a nice touch.
