Happy Sunday!

Wow- my second post in less than a week- aren't you impressed!! Actually- I spent a fair amount of time in my craft room today in between catching up on past TV episodes on my DVR...
Here's a layout and a card that I made today:
First the layout- It's pretty generic as I think the colors and paper lend itself to many themes- I have a simple "grandparents" on the title piece as I think this layout would be great for black and white photos of my grandparents. This will be a "Kit of the Month" that I offer my customers for November... The card was made with the same paper pack and will also be part of the Kit of the Month.

This month's kit uses the Perfect Day Paper Pack. My kit's always include a half pack of paper and whatever supplies are needed to make the layout shown and 2 cards. Included are full color instructions and on occassion- certain tools are also included.

This left page includes a paper flower and Bigger Gold Brad.

The right page uses an additional sheet of Cocoa cardstock (a half pack of paper includes one sheet) 2 gold photo hangers and some Colonial White Grosgrain...

This card is also part of the monthly kit... The image is from the November Stamp of the Month- "All Decked Out" which is the most adorable build-your-own snowman set!! You can't tell but the band around the snowman's hat and the scarf are colored using the waterbrush and Juniper stamp pad to match the paper. The carrot nose is colored with the Autumn Terracotta stamp pad. The image is stamped on Colonial White- the scarf was stamped on a C. W scrap and adhered with foam pop dot's. The sentiment is from the January Word Puzzle..
The paper squares along the left are from the same sheet of paper. One side is the colonial white with Juniper swirls and the other is the monochromatic swirls... Flipping the papers back to back gave it a fun look!! Colonial White ribbon hid the seam between the patterns and solid cardstock.
